Hi I’m Rhys. My current home base is Bradenton, Florida, but I grew up in New Hampshire and went to college in Baltimore. I originally began YourBackyardTourist as a school project while getting my master’s, but it truly led me to rediscover my love of traveling, new experiences and spending time in nature. When I’m not traveling around the country, I love to spend time outside exploring everything Florida’s central west coast has to offer, as well as some downtime reading a book by the pool.
